Michael Choi
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer, Michael is responsible for the strategic development of TL.
Michael began his career as a Financial Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP, New York for banking, securities and health insurance and he subsequently conducted financial audits and advisory at PwC Korea.
In 2017, he joined Korea Zinc as a Director of Strategies and Planning and was responsible for preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans and overseeing business operations and foreign subsidiaries.
Michael holds a Bachelor Degree of Science in Business and Economics with a Major in Accounting.
Damien Scott
General Manager
As General Manager, Damien overseas the delivery of Townsville Logistics’ services.
He is accountable for ensuring the success of the business plan and outstanding customer service. This primarily involves efficient and safe movement, distribution and storage of products such as concentrate, zinc ingots, acid, molasses and cement.
Damien joined Townsville Logistics in 2018. He has extensive experience in the logistics, stevedoring and intermodal rail industries.
Damien holds a Diploma of Maritime Logistics Management and maintains a strong national and international customer network.
Natalie Adamsson
Manager - Operations and Business Strategy
Natalie has been with Townsville Logistics (TL) and Townsville Marine Logistics (TML) since 2019, working across the areas of Operations, Maintenance and Business Strategy. Prior to this she worked with our sister company Sun Metals, in the Sales and Logistics department since 2017.
Natalie's unique role sees her oversee TML Townsville as Operations Manager, providing leadership and direction in order to achieve safe, efficient and profitable service to customers and stakeholders; as well as Business Strategy across TL and TML, by developing and participating in strategic initiatives to create value for the organisations and its stakeholders.
Natalie has extensive experience in the mining, transport, shipping and port industry. Natalie holds a double Bachelor of Business in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and International Business and has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
