To meet Townsville Logistics mission, we have fitted our equipment with some of the latest industry technologies.

Our fleet of trucks incorporate an extensive range of road safety features with our company focus on optimising operations by being at the technological forefront of the heavy haulage transport sector.

Townsville Logistics' Health and Safety Management System has incorporated procedures that manage fitness for work, including fatigue, in accordance with NHVR and Industry Codes of Practice.

Townsville Logistics is NHVR safety Accredited.

Townsville Logistics strive to become the safest logistics company in the world. To do this our equipment is fitted with some of the latest technology:

• Seeing Machines 
  Guardian technology to monitor drivers for distraction, drowsiness and microsleep events, which alerts the driver and selected personnel. The reporting section of the system allows preventative measure to be implemented before an event occurs.
• Bendix Wingman Fusion
  Installed on trucks to prevent collisions and alert drivers or lane departure and vehicles in the blindspot. It also allows adaptive cruise control with distance control.
• Teletrac Navman 
  Used to manage fatigue with our drivers in the form of electronic work dairies (EWD) by monitoring and tracking drivers. The unit is also used to quickly report any vehicle defects to the maintenance department.
• Smartboards
  Fitted to the trailers they monitor a wide range of trailer functions such as load and air suspension monitoring and mileage counting.
• Electronic Braking System (EBS) 
  Reducing stopping and improving braking stability, with the added addition of being able to diagnose performance.
